The CPP Investment Board provides internship positions throughout the year in most areas of the organization and looks to bring on board students who have demonstrated a commitment to learning and who have balanced their studies with activities outside of academia.

We offer comprehensive internship programs which allow students to put into practice all they have learned in the classroom and to broaden the depth of their finance and investment knowledge.  In addition to working closely within their teams, hiring managers and mentors ensure that the student experience is a rich and rewarding one.  In addition to on-the-job learning, we offer educational, professional and social programs throughout the term.

Many of our students come back for additional terms and our internships often lead to full-time opportunities within our organization.  We partner with leading universities to seek out the top students who are enthusiastic learners keen to take their education to the next level.  We look to provide students with opportunities that complement their academic studies and prepare them for rewarding careers.
